Better Me Yoga Flow

Introduction: After practicing yoga for over almost 6 years to add an enjoyment and strength to my life while working as a real estate consultant, I have decided I wanted to add an enjoyable and a positive addition to my work day as well, while helping others find inner peace and strength with their own mind and body with yoga practice. I am a member of Yoga Alliance and certified with a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Body Heat Hot Pilates & Yoga in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone is busy taking care of so many other people in their lives, and they don't take the time out for themselves. I want to help others do this. Yoga is a proven science which liberates the mind, heals the heart and strengthens the body. The way you handle challenges on your mat mirrors the way you handle challenges in your life. You must practice having no reaction. Yoga has no judgment, just acceptance. Shanti, shanti, shanti. Peace, peace, peace.
