As it turned out it wasn't the easy fix we thought it would be so we declined to repair it. I calculated our leak was only costing us 37 cents per month so digging up our front yard to fix it would not be cost effective.
But, Mark was the consummate professional. He went about his survey of the problem and explanation of the needed repairs in such a fashion that even a layman such as myself could understand.
He even took an extra minute to point out another problem I didn't even know I had saving me a bundle of cash if I'd let it go much longer.
