I want to say Reid is an outstanding tech. He fixed a mainline water leak to my house without having to cut off water at all. Our old compound has zero street cutoffs and the main cutoffs for the compound are broken. The water company was going to have to cut off water to a section of the area we live in just to fix my house. Reid saved the day. Great job Reid!
