Called Pristine Plumbing based on their great reviews. Explained that I had a toilet that wouldnt flush and a leaking bathtub faucet. They were able to schedule me the next morning. David came with his assistant and immediately diagnosed the problem. I let him know I had a home warranty company and I needed authorization before the work. David was familiar with the company and we were able to expedite the authorization. He was able to get the authorization and complete the work within the hour. I would recommend Pristine Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in resolving the problem.

David was very knowledgeable and kind. I needed some help with my soft water tank and my water heater.He explained probably more than I needed to know and I appreciate it! His prices seem fair. He came out, looked at everything and quoted me a price. There was no charge in him coming out. I love that hes a family business

Hard to find a trusting and competent service tech in LV but David was both. Another company wanted $6500 for an unnecessary replacement of my entire main water line, but David did the repair job quickly, on Memorial Day weekend, and hunted down the hard to find parts for only a few hundred dollars. Cant recommend him enough.

This company is such a class act! Theyre honest, reliable, and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Weve had them replace our broken water heater with a tankless one and install a water softener. Plus, theyve done a few small fixes around the house for us. Theyre the only plumbers we trust!
