Got it done fast but not inexpensive. 20-min job to replace a valve was $400. Pleased with the outcome but kinda pricey for the level of effort and didn’t need two plumbers (1 talked, 1 worked)... would use them again but will negotiate better :-)

Washer died. Discovered inside of washer shut off valve was corroded out, so weren't able to stop water coming out. Had to shut off water to whole house overnight. Called Pristine Plumbing in the morning, they were here within a couple hours. Swapped out valves quickly and efficiently while being professional, and personable. I like to observe how things get fixed, to have a better understanding of how they work. He was very patient answering my questions, and didn't make me feel stupid. Will definitely use them again.
