On Sunday they promised next day water heater replacement, haul off the old tankless, everything for $850. Finally at 7:30 PM on Monday (we said no, it can't wait another day) we had a new water heater for $1,100 after arguing them DOWN some. Oh, and they installed the water heater on top of a loose carpet remnant that could have been lifted out of the way.

Anthony responded to my request for a quote on replacing a water heater within an hour or two. He was also able to set a time to replace the water heater in less than 24 hours. His arrival time was scheduled for 2-5pm. He arrived at 2pm with all the parts. The tank was installed within about 90 minutes time. The whole process from start to finish was very professional with quality workmanship. The total price for parts and labor was $1100 which seemed reasonable to me. I certainly would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
