I always dread calling service technicians to repair something. They're expensive and you just dont know if they're capable. Not with Ed! He wowed us from the start. Not only was he extremely capable, he provided the best service ever AND was inexpensive to boot. To say we felt like we got our money's worth is an understatement. And, OMG! He was so fast and responsive. I called him Wednesday evening. By Thursday afternoon, he had diagnosed the problem, called around to find the part, picked up the part and professionally installed it. Like I said, we were WOWED!!! When he quoted the cost, we thought that was just for the part so we asked how much to install. He said "that includes the install". We found our appliance repair man for life! Thank you so much Ed!
