FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call (diagnostic visit) is $100. If you approve the repair, the $100 is applied toward the total cost of the job, so you only pay it if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to get the brand, model, and symptoms, then schedule a visit at a time that works for you. On site, the technician runs a full diagnostic, explains what failed and why, and gives you an upfront written quote before any work begins. If you approve, we repair on the spot whenever the part is in stock; otherwise we order the genuine part and return to finish the job. Every repair is tested and backed by our workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory-trained and certified for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and KitchenAid, with ongoing manufacturer training on all major household and luxury brands. We use factory diagnostic tools and genuine OEM parts, and we stay current on new models, sealed-system work, and electronic control boards.
