Washing machine pump went out last night- water wouldn’t drain- called Amil Sunday night 8 pm set up an appointment for Monday 10:30 and Amil was on time and did a great job replacing our pump with a new one. We highly recommend him and his company Preventive Appliance Repair

Amil arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. He had a replacement part on his truck so was able to complete the repair in one trip. He tested out the washer to ensure it was working properly. Amil was friendly and courteous. His pricing is fair. I would definitely recommend him for any appliance repairs! I’ll be keeping his business card on my fridge bc sooner or later something else is going to break!

Although he did not repair my washer, he was very punctual with assessing the problem and giving me an estimate of the repair I would have used them however, in my situation, it was best to buy a new washer

Amil responded to my inquiry almost immediately and we agreed that he would assess the needed repair on a future date agreeable to both parties. However, prior to that date my spouse and I decided that we really would like to update the 11 year old appliance instead of the repair and we cancelled the appointment. Amil graciously accepted the cancellation and we would contact him in the future should another appliance need repair.
