Amil responded to my inquiry almost immediately and we agreed that he would assess the needed repair on a future date agreeable to both parties. However, prior to that date my spouse and I decided that we really would like to update the 11 year old appliance instead of the repair and we cancelled the appointment. Amil graciously accepted the cancellation and we would contact him in the future should another appliance need repair.

Amil at Preventive Appliance Repair in Las Vegas is exceptional! Unlike other companies that charged just for looking, he gave me a completely free refrigerator assessment. He clearly explained what was wrong and fixed my frozen issue when whirlpool themselves can’t even fix it without charging more. That’s rare to find these days.
