Work was prompt, professional, and great value. My home maintenance insurance company charged a $75 call out fee and limited a ice maker repair to $300 but wanted another $180 fee for simple remove and replacement of an ice maker. I knew this was a ridiculous price - $480 for an ice maker remove and replace! Alexander had the part when he arrived based upon photos I sent and installed the part in less than 45 minutes. All with friendly conversation. GREAT SERVICE!

Alexander was very knowledgeable about refrigerators. As he repaired my refrigerator and freezer, he explained everything and all the reasons why my fridge wasn’t working. What’s also great about Alexander’s work and knowledge is that he doesn’t request money just to tell you what is wrong with your refrigerator a free estimate goes a long ways. Also, you don’t have to worry about a part to be ordered. He has all the parts needed to do the job whatever it may be. I recommend Alexander to all those who are having refrigerator or freezer issues. He’s the best.
