We believe in transparent pricing. Every quote we provide is a flat-rate price based on your event needs, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before booking! We do not charge hidden fees, and there are no surprise costs after the event. Any additional services or upgrades will always be discussed and approved by you in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry The client contacts us with basic details: * Event date and time * Event location * Estimated guest count * Type of event (wedding, birthday, corporate event, private party, etc.) 2. Discovery Consultation Discussion: * A vision and preferences * Alcohol service needs * Signature cocktails * Venue requirements and restrictions 3. Proposal & Quote Provide a detailed quote that includes: * Bartending services * Number of bartenders needed * Setup and breakdown time * Mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, straws, etc. 4. Contract & Deposit Once our client agrees: * Collect a deposit * Confirm cancellation and refund policies * Outline responsibilities of both parties 5. Event Planning Phase weeks before the event: * Finalize guest count * Confirm menu and signature drinks * Create a shopping list if our client is purchasing alcohol * Confirm arrival times and setup requirements 6. Final Confirmation Send a final confirmation covering: * Event timeline * Location and access instructions * Contact person on-site * Bar menu 7. Event Day * Arrive one hour early for the setup * Prepare bar station * Chill beverages and organize supplies * Serve guests professionally and responsibly * Maintain cleanliness throughout service 8. Breakdown & Cleanup * Remove equipment * Dispose of trash as agreed * Pack leftover supplies * Leave the bar area clean 9. Post Event Follow-Up Within a few days: * We request a review
