Eric was great. He and his bar back flawlessly took care of 70 guests for 4 hours. Guests were raving about his specialty cocktails and his professionalism.

Eric was the best! He was very professional and responsive. He helped make our 80's party fun and effortless. He brought the alcohol and set everything up, which made life much easier! Eric is the absolute best - he deserves more than 5 stars! We hired him for a company event, where we did an interactive mixology class, and he exceeded our expectations. He was on top of it from our very first communication with one another and really took stress off my plate by how responsive he was and how accommodating he was with all of my requests. He listened to my ideas, helped me with all of the planning leading up to the event, created cocktails that were unique, beautiful and delicious, had a beautiful bar-set up, and made the experience educational and fun for all of our guests. He truly went above and beyond in every way. We received so many compliments about the experience. Eric really made our event a hit. I hope we get to work with him again soon!

We could not have found a better bartender! Eric bartended for my wedding reception and he brought the quality, punctuality, and personality we hoped for! Drinks were fresh and delicious, he handled our guests with poise, helped so much with the planning process, and was just as excited for the event as we were. 10/10. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined on the type of event. Each event is unique. Some events require extra staff or additional amenities. We don't charge extra fees and make our prices all inclusive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect via phone and email to discuss details of the event and what is expected, timelines etc. Liquor purchase planning is included with every event to ensure the customer doesn't over or under buy items for their event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 yrs in the Food and Beverage industry with a focus in event management, planning and hospitality. I was trained by one of the world's top Mixoloigist Jim Meehan. I have extensive knowledge in beer, wine, spirits and the art of bartending.
I have managed bar's and hospitality lounges for American Express Centurion group and have catered to high profile celebrities and VIP clients.
