- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure you give them the information they need so they know positively you can do the job. Be very professional, respectful letting them know their event will go smooth with no problems. Listen to them & answer any questions they have.

10 years of banquet & event bartending experience. Graduated from Unitehere Union 165 Certified. #1 culinary bar school in Las Vegas. Teacher in mixology at LBS Bartending School. Nevada Alcohol Education Card (TAM CARD) Certification. Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card Certification. Non Gaming Sheriff's Card. State Gaming Control Board Registration (Gaming Sheriff's Card).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working as lead banquet bartender at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. Also 1 of the main event bartenders at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino Event Center.
