- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe in our method of cleaning its so much better and safer for the people that have us clean their homes and its much better for the enviorment. Anything I can do to help the world we live in today I will do. I also like providing folks with a safe better way of carpet cleaning in their home
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We usually clean the whole house of carpet and they are so happy when they see that it is really dry
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
recently my technician went to a gentleman's home he only wanted one room cleaned, seemed like a regular job nothing extreme as far as stains go when he arrived the man told him there was a blood stain on the carpet normally this is a stain that is near impossible to get out of anything. To my tech's surprise it came out. It came out very easily to. He was very proud that he was able to get the blood out of the carpet. More importantly the customer was very happy with the cleaning and that we were able to get the blood out of his carpet. It just goes to show you that you never know unless you try.
