- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is always our goal to perform as many services as we can within one visit as it allows us to give additional discounts as well as make the most efficient use of our client's valuable time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For carpet and upholstery jobs, we are able to get all necessary details to provide a quote and schedule a service via call or text message. For house cleaning, it is our preference to visit the property and that you meet our team so we can give you a custom quote that is inclusive of any additional services you may want to add. Our clients are often surprised at the number of cleaning services our company offers and we like our new clients to be able to ask all of their questions in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a background in cleaning based businesses as well as various roles in the corporate world, including but not limited to non-profit, philanthropy, paralegal and restaurant ownership.
