After a frustrating experience with another company that tried a bait-and-switch tactic, I reached out to Quick Clean, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Not only were they able to fit me in the same day, but the service was also outstanding! The technician was professional, thorough, and clearly an expert. He tested the carpet, explained the process, and delivered exceptional results—more than 90% of the stains are gone, and the only thing left is normal wear and tear. My carpet looks almost brand new! Ricardo did an amazing job and was very communicative. He let me know that he was finishing up a job before he came over to the house. He really made the carpet look new again, even though there was a lot of matting on it. Very reasonable price!
