Had a large piece of carpet repaired and new pad put in. Great work, nice guy would definitely recommend him to others. Arrived on time and even called 30 mins ahead of arriving.

Josh was wonderful. He responded immediately and completed our job the next day. He worked on three carpet areas while our contractor completed the last portion of the job that Josh had to complete and he was very patient during this time. The transition from my carpet to my newly installed laminate looks great and I am very pleased with the results. After speaking with Josh on the phone I decided to hire him to replace some carpeting on our stairs and landing. Josh appears to be knowledgeable, his price fair and his schedule reasonably available. Will complete this review after his work is complete. Update! Work completed very much to our satisfaction. Josh proved to be professional, knowledgeable, fair and true to his estimate. The carpet replacement looks great, edges all tucked cleanly. 5 out of 5 star job!! every job varies due to different types of carpets and situations
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone consultation so we can have a good idea of the customers carpet issues and then scheduling and a bid over the phone. We arrive on time, at the time an exact bid is given if everyone agrees we get the job done and we have another satisfied customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 15 years in carpet and can fix anything to new quality.
