Blu was very professional and knew exactly what to do to clean up my 10 year old cat. My cat Friday is obese and unable to clean his self now. He is medium haired and she was able to get his mats out and shave his bottom. She bathed him and understood how to handle him gently. She also clipped his nails front and back and cleaned his ears. I highly recommend her. Thank you Blu!
Wonderful experience! We've boarded our cats in the past but hated doing it because it stresses them out terribly and they always need several days to calm down after we get back home. When we planned a week long trip to see family, I knew boarding them wouldn't work but they require constant care (I feed them four times a day for instance). Since one in particular has special needs, I was nervous to let just anyone care for her so when I saw that All Creatures is comprised of vet techs who come to your home and care for your pets I thought that sounded perfect. Nonetheless, I was nervous to let a stranger come into my home while I was away and care for my cats -- I'd never done this before and I have older cats, one of which requires her food to be mixed a certain way and requires subcutaneous fluids administered every three days because she has kidney problems and our other cat is extremely shy so we were worried about her not eating enough because she hides for hours any time a new person comes around but Lyndsy and Alicia were amazing. They met with us first to go over everything and meet the kitties. They made sure all our questions were answered and that they understood the routine before they left. They sent us frequent photos and messages letting us know how things were going while we were away, and took amazing care of our babies so we could enjoy our vacation. When we had trouble with the app we were using to make payment, they worked with us and took excellent care of our babies even though we ended up not being able to pay until we got home. Unlike when we got them back from being boarded, they were their normal selves when we got home. I would not hesitate to recommend them and fully plan to use their services again next time we go out of town AND we feel like we can actually feel comfortable making plans since we don't have to worry about putting them through the stress of being boarded any time we consider going out of town. All around wonderful experience -- can't say enough nice things about them!
During our grooming appointment, I was glad to see that my cats comfort level was her #1 priority. She took the time to understand my cat and work around his "unique" personality. She also has an extensive amount of knowledge about cats and was more than happy to give me some much-needed information in regards to my other cat. We will be hiring her again in the near future to help us with fixing some of our cat's bad behaviour.
This was my first time using Thumb Tack and using Pampered Pets. Because of professionalism and thoughtfulness. I have nervous cats. when I came home after being gone for 3 days, they were calm and at ease. She was all about the animals. She listened to me. I will use her service again.
When I moved to Summerlin I needed to find a reputable cat sitter. After researching a few companies I decided to give Top Paws a try how lucky was I? Angie and Angel truly love what they do, they not only email me after every visit they also send pictures which makes me feel so at ease while I'm away. Best service I've used in a long time.
Erin was efficient and friendly my dog just loved her and my cat even came out to see her. I will recommend her to my family and friends.
The only thing better than being a dog at Cherie's place is being the owner of a dog who gets to stay at Cherie's place! I'm an overprotective doggy mom. I admit it. When I took a job working 12 hour days, I knew I'd have to board my baby. Boarding. Kennels. Ugh. Just those words made my stomach turn. I searched all over Vegas, and just by luck, Cherie was officially opening the week I started work! No kennels? All small dogs?? Overnight care??? Yes! I was nervous, so Cherie suggested a meet and greet. The first good sign was that she was firm about the drop off procedure. She asked me to text or call when I got there, then she would let me in. I like that she didn't want clients just strolling up to her door and sending all of the dogs into a barkstorm by ringing the bell. Smart move. Her back yard is double gated for security, even the pool is gated, and she uses a gated side door to transfer pups to/fro their owners. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how calm it was. The lights were soothingly low, the temperature was cool, and the dogs (I think there were nine that day!) were excited to see a new kid, but not one of them showed even the slightest hint of aggression. My dog hasn't been around many other dogs, so I was hesitant to throw him in the mix, but after a few tries at convincing me, Cherie just said, "relax, put him down. He's fine. Sheesh." So I did. And just like she said, he was fine! The visit went really well, so I dropped him off the next morning. Luckily, I'm working nearby, so Cherie agreed to let me visit him in the evening. That night, I fully expected my dog to come running to me, jump into my arms, and curl into a please-take-me-home ball. What I got was an "oh, hey, hi! I love you! Ok I'm gonna go play now!" Wagwagwag, back to his new friends. Ha! I was thrilled! Cherie has offered me to visit for several hours each night that she will have him. She took care of me and my dog! She let me lay on the floor and play with the pack, and she even shared her dinner with me! Plus, she knew that my dog is a finicky eater, so she shared her supply of pricey fresh dog food packets with my pup! Cherie is very honest, and though the vibe of the house is relaxed, she runs a tight ship. If she sees something that might help your dog acclamate to her home, she's gonna say it. In fact, she speaks her mind on any dog related issue, and I respect that. She just wants the dogs to do their dog thing and be happy. There are lots of ways she could make a lot more money. She rescues and cares for dogs because it's in her soul. Oh, and did I mention that she got my dog to swim for the first time ever? Holy smokes. Go drop your dog off. You'll be doing him/her a favor!
Lynn exceeded my expectations. I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets at a boarding facility. My pets were in their environment and were well cared for. Lynn is very caring and patient with Angelino my cat & very attentive with my parrot Lorenzo!
I had been given Anniina's name by a friend of mine whom I volunteer with at a local dog rescue, for animal behaviorism. My husband and I had just adopted a 5 year old male Maine Coon cat, Muskat. We presently have 2 German Shepherd dogs and 1 domestic cat, Oreo. I have been around animals all my life and feel very comfortable with dog behavior and introducing dogs to cats. However, I have never had 2 cats before, and Oreo had been a rescue cat when she was 10 weeks old and has always been an ONLY cat (she is now 14 years old). Needless to say, the cat intro did not go well. It was clear that Muskat had been around other cats, but Oreo was not having any of it. So, that's when I reached out to Anniina. Anniina was very honest from the beginning, admitting that she's never been asked to come to help out with cats (more specifically she works with dogs), but assured us that she has ample experience with cats. Anniina was so professional, flexible and forthright. She came to our home and was able to offer suggestions and put our minds at ease, that eventually, Oreo and Muskat will likely be able to reside in the same home, without any major fights. She gave suggestions and advice that was very clear cut. We followed all of her advice, and we can happily say that in less than two months we are now all happily co-existing (only an occasional hiss from Miss Oreo). Anniina has stayed available via text and I have reached out to her several times after her first visit. She's always responsive and never blew me off. I would HIGHLY recommend Anniina to anyone who has behavior problems with both dogs and cats!!
Stacy is amazing with training your dog! He has trained several of my clients dogs in the past 4 months and each & every one of them "raved" to me about how satisfied they were. Linda, owner of Fluffy Puppy Pet Salon, Lake Worth, Fl
I was very impressed with Mary's kindness and professionalism She made me feel so secure about leaving my dog Clancey in her care, and I could tell my dog felt very comfortable with her. Two Thumbs Up!
Kiri is amazing with animals. I have known her for almost 15 years. I met her when getting my dogs groomed. I am very particular on who I leave my animals with - they are my children. When I would go away on vacation she would watch them. She cared for them and I never had a problem at all. I had both dogs and cats. She is the most pet loving person that I know, she is kind and knowledgable. I wish she would move to Vegas instead of staying in Ventura!!!! However, Ventura is lucky to have her and I am glad she started this business.
Our dogs LOVE Raven & Jonathan! They know where they are going, as soon as we take the turn into their neighborhood, they start barking & going crazy! When I open the door to let them out, they run over to their door and greet them with kisses, followed by their "group chat" with their dogs. It makes me laugh. Such sweet dogs they make our dogs feel so welcome. Raven & Jonathan's place has become Max and Henry's other home when we leave town. It shows they genuinely care for and love dogs. They are awesome sending updates with pictures and videos. It really makes traveling non-stressful. We are fortunate to have been referred to them.
Tyler Mitchell helped me with Rocky (pitbull) with basic obedience . Rocky would pull during walks trying to attack small dogs during our walks .Tyler helped me understand that he's not trying to attack small dogs. He informed me that my small dog was the pack leader between them two. It took me a little longer because of my work hours . Rocky responded well to my corrections when I gave the at the correct times. He also made it clear it was my vibe during the walks. Once I stared posting videos Tyler would comment or email me ASAP about what I was doing wrong or what I was doing right. Tyler explained it very well . If Tyler was in New Jersey that would of been great. I was kinda shocked how well things with training all the way from Vegas . I really didn't think it would work .I saw videos of Tyler and his dogs and figured I might as well give at shot . Glad I did !!!! If Tyler Mitchell would travel like the guy from the tv show my cat from hell would be wonderful . Lol but I wouldn't mind paying more for his traveling fees because I'm confident that he will get the job done
April took very good care of our cat while we were away. He bonded with her. She sent us pictures of them together and that was quite reassuring that everything was fine.
Karen is professional, courteous and is a great pet/house sitter. My two dogs and two cats were well taken care of while I was on my trip. She charges by each 24 hour period, and stayed at my house the whole time I was gone. It was great because she cleaned up my backyard after the dogs, cleaned litter boxes and took the dogs for walks. My neighbor even verified many times a day. That made me happy. She watered my plants, hosed my patio, picked up my mail, newspapers and packages. She is trustworthy and will stay at your house bringing her own food and linens placed over yours. My house was sparkling clean when I got home and my pets were relaxed too. That gave me peace of mind. I plan to hire Karen Cares again when I need to travel. I'm so glad I found her on here. Nice person and she did what she said she would do.
Kathy and Terry have been are go to pet & house sitter for years. If you want to enjoy your time away from your pets and home knowing the pets are well cared for and the house is secure then call Terry and Kathy.
Nancy was such an amazing petsitter! We used her while we were away on our honeymoon and it was such a relief knowing we had someone so professional watching our animals. We have five animals (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 rabbit) so I'm sure she had her hands full, but she handled everything so well. I loved that she kept in touch via text while we were gone as well as sent us photos of our animals to show us how they were doing. She cleaned everything before she left which was very nice of her. We used her services for overnight stays and pet taxi. We'll definitely be using her again in the future!
We've used Maria a number of times, everything from stop ins for feedings, walks and potty breaks to overnight stays. We have 3 dogs (1 diabetic) and 2 cats, so having a qualified, dependable pet sitter is extremely important to us. Maria is always patient and caring. Her years of experience and background as a Veterinary Assistant is very beneficial. And she sends pictures of our furbabies...bonus!
I love animals and the amount of attention I give them would leave your mind blown. I believe animals can read our energy and teach us to love by interaction. I treat them like people and they treat me with the same respect and loyalty. I'm not afraid of cleaning messes wherever and completely understand accidents happen in doors. When they interact with me I guarantee that when they see you, the loving parents, they'll see you with excitement and love.
