Introduction: Po'Beaux restaurant is where you go when you want authentic Cajun/Creole food in LV. I also cater. I work with my clients to create a wonderful tasting experience. I have reasonable prices and can work with any budget. Meet and greet is a Google meet or Zoom call away. I am honest, well educated in most cuisines and I can cater from two guests to 500 guests. Please believe me the red beans and rice, boudin balls, and poboys are FIRE! Yellow rice was the best I ever have outside ofNew Orleans - somebody knows how to season their food! Will be back! @keithlee check this one out

I missed my grandmothers food a lot. A lot. Im originally from Vegas but I remembered going south and tasting that beautiful creole food, that for a long time couldnt find in Las Vegas. Luckily I found po beaux and fell in love Ill be back. Hands down the best Louisiana food in Vegas + the owner is friendly and serves boudin here which I love. Come here!!!
