Alex was great & Very professional! He found the problem and gave me options on what he can do to fix the problem. He also said I needed more freon but I couldn’t afford it at the time so he just changed the capacitor. He never pressured me into getting the Freon but just suggested that I get it soon because it was low and if I have more problems in the future to call him and we can do it the next time. He also offered me to get new units because mine was old so he was very empathetic to my situation and lured me to call this company for reliance and assurance wout pressure! Free estimate w/an honest tech….can’t beat that!! 👍🏽
