Terrell was a great electrical tech. Installed replacement fan/light quickly and pleasantly. Felt the invoice bill price was quite high. Old light/fan was already removed before new installation of prepurchased replacement.

All my questions, and there were a LOT, were answered, all electrical issues, and then some, were dealt with and everything is now in working order. Tony was very professional in his dealings with me, very polite, and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

THEY HELPED ME THE SAME DAY TONI THE TECH IS A YOUNG MAN WITH COURTEOUNESS AND RESPECT FOR A SR.-- THE OFFICE ASST WAS VERY HELPFUL- MADE SAME DAY APPT- AND AND THE PRICE WAS NOT LIKE GREEDY ELECTRICIANS AND HOME REPAIRS SERVICE WHICH ARE AWFUL- TONI FOUND THE PROBLEM EXPALAINED IT AND GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE- THEY ALSO HAVE CONTRACT SERVIE ONCE A YEAR I SIGNED UP FOR IT. DUE POOR EXPEERIENC E WITH OTHERS THAT CHARGE 69 SERVICE CALL THEN QUOTE A PRICE EQUAL TO 400 AN HOUR - I REFUSED AND CALLED EXPRESS FREE EST AND GOOD PRICE AND SOLID SERVICE- GREATLY APPRECIATED
