I came back from a trip and realized my AC unit stopped working. I made a few calls to different companies and decided on Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. It was the best decision I made going with them. Dalton contacted me and arranged to look at my unit the very next day. He was very professional. I asked an endless amount of questions and he answered everything thoroughly and patiently. He offered differently solutions to my problem along with the costs upfront so that I could make an informed decision. In the end, I decided on getting a new unit. The installation process was seamless and I will continue to use this company for all my future needs.

Chris let me know when he was headed to my home and arrived soon after. He was very friendly and professional when he approached my door. He searched for the problem inside of the unit, went over his findings and explained what needed to be done along with the cost. He gave me an eta on how long it would take for him to go to get the part and come back. By the way, he was back sooner. He fixed the issue. Asked if I wanted him to service the unit on the side of the house, in which I replied yes. Went over potential issues that may arise.
