- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit with my clients and get a feel for what they are exactly looking for, to truly tailor make there perfect catering experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly, I have minimal "formal" training in the culinary industry. I managed a trendy cafe kitchen for awhile. But most importantly I have a love of cooking and of course eating delicious food my whole life. My teachers (mom and aunts) althoug are names you will probably never hear about on the Food Network, have always taught me to cook with quality ingredients and make every dish with love.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love for cooking, and honestly I got tired of cooking in a fast paced environment. I wanted to cook my way, my food,and share what I love with the world....as cheesy as that may sound lol :)
