I finished high school and had lots of skills like juggling, magic plate spinning, fire eating, unicycle, balloon twisting, stilts, face painting........ I got drafted into the South African army but ended up in the entertainment unit.
After my mandatory army service was done I got an offer to join a professional Circus in Europe and traveled for three years doing many different acts.
After that I developed a juggling comedy act and that brought me to Las Vegas. I did the act with an American guy for over 10 years working numerous casinos, cruise lines and holiday resorts. I found out I can do better financially and also have more fun working kids birthday parties. This way I don’t have to travel and there’s a never ending supply of kids celebrating their birthdays.
I really enjoy what I do, I worked for Circus Circus in the past, Disneyland but to be honest, I really enjoy doing personal parties. I think I have the best job in the world!

Charlie came and did balloontwisting at our company picnic. He made a grand entrance on his stilts and continued the performance throughout the picnic. The things he can make out of balloons are amazing. My son could not get enough and we came home with at least 5 exceptional creations. Charlie even performed a little show that I think all ages enjoyed. He was professional in all ways and was always prompt in his replies. I would definitely hire Charlie again and would recommend him for a variety of events.

What a great guy. We had a big event with about 70 kids and Charlie was amazing with them. He was so fun even the adults got involved. He made balloon animals, walked around on stilts and engaged everyone with his plate spinning talent. I wil hire Charlie again and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for some entertainment at their party or event. He was really great and reliable. You can tell he loves kids and what he does. He can put a smile on anyones face.

Charlie was truly the highlight of our event. He was funny, charming, talented, and provided non-stop entertainment. We had a mix of adults and kids, and he delighted us all. Our event was outdoors at a park. Charlie arrived just as his pictures show, on stilts (he can even dance in them!). He made complex balloons for everyone, did a magic/circus show for the kids, and as the sun was setting he even did some fire juggling. He truly brought smiles to everyone he encountered, and we will surely book him again in the future. His rates are excellent, especially seeing that he is hands down the #1 clown entertainer to book in Vegas. Thank you for making our party a success Charlie!

We hired Charlie for our One year old son's birthday party. Prior to the party Charlie was always super easy to communicate with, very clear with pricing and availability. He confirmed 2 days in advance and came in on time. The children, age 1 to 8 years old, absolutely loved him. The adults enjoyed it too! We enjoyed watching him juggle fire and make awesome balloon animals and hats for everyone. He then stayed for pictures with the family. We will definitely recommend Charlie to anyone who asks for a clown/ balloon maker! Charlie knows how to market himself without making it overwhelming to the crowd. We had a great time! Thank you :)

Oh my goodness I can not even put into word how great Charlie was at my daughters and nieces birthday party. He was so funny and so nice he made the kids laugh and smile the whole time. THE ADULTS LOVED HIM TO. He made sure to make sure everyone got involved it was really awesome. He actually made his grand entrance coming over our back wall on stilts. We had a a bouncy house in the backyard so all the kids were out there. NONE OF THE KIDS KNEW CHARLIE WAS COMING. All the kids got so excited when he came. I can not tell you how perfect that was. He did such an awesome job I will definitely use Charlie again. My daughter and her cousin said multiple times "This is the best day ever. I will never forget this day." My daughter wants Charlie at all her birthday's now. If I could give him 100 stars I would. So worth every penny I tell you what I know my daughter will never forget this birthday. Thanks Charlie and we will for sure use you again. As will other moms at the party everyone was fascinated.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to send them a quote that has prices and party packages along with links to my Facebook, Google, webpage, etc. I also add a number of current pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Ringing Brothers Clown College, Worked in Disneyland and also worked in Circus Circus around professional clowns in every case. We have clown meetings at a local clown group. I have leaned a lot by watching others. Sometimes we even have a guest speaker at these meetings.
