- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my price is not really expensive, most companies charge upwards to $85 an hour. Diagnostic is done for $1 only if customer hires our services, otherwise it is $25. We also offer discounts for reaching out through social media so dont hesitate to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
either customer reaches out and I get back to him/her, make a quick phone call to verify details and explain the plan of attack then proceed to work on problem if client is hiring me or charge my research fee or diagnostic depending on the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A + certified, MCP certified, MCSA certified windows.
