2016-07-18=Andrew offered me the amazing services:-) At 8:00 pm he and his team member reached my condo on time, he was very effective and professional to fix my clogged toilet and clean my condo. Because I am out of town, he also fixed my WiFi to make the alive video to show my home by his cell and took pictures in real time to zoom in for report. He and his team did a lot of works for me, but just charged total $130! His services are excellent and impressive... I strongly recommend him to all the homeowners!

I purchased a home that had tenants. The tenants were difficult to deal with and Silvia assisted me with answering all my questions about their new lease, best way to get them out, and even drafted an entire lease knowing that I might not need even her property management services. Out of everyone I reached out to, Silvia was the only person who picked up the phone and spoke to me to figure out my situation. She made me feel at ease during a very stressful situation. She even moved around her calendar to come to my final walk through with the tenants and pointed out things I would not have noticed (saving me $250 on a fridge repair!). Although I did not end up getting a property manager because the tenants moved out, I appreciated Silvia's professionalism, follow up, and time to ensure I had a seamless experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for real estate or property management assistance!
