- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you're a first time landlord or experienced property investor, we begin by thoroughly discussing your needs. From there we create a tailored, custom leasing plan which highlights the things that matter most to you. Once you choose GoldenWest as your property management company, we will schedule professional photography and begin to create high quality marketing for your property. Within 48hrs, we will have your home listed on over 40 paid and organic websites including Zillow, Trulia, Rentals and the MLS. Our licensed property managers will conduct all the in-person showings, thoroughly screen prospective applicants, and work to have your home rented to "A" rated Tenants within 2-3 weeks time. Once your home is rented, our team ensures your property stays in top condition with regular home inspections, a 24/7 maintenance hotline, and a dedicated manager. You have access to full reporting and accounting to guarantee you're never in the dark about your property's status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed agents and a licensed Broker on staff. All Managers have Property Manager Permits.
