Introduction: It's my mission to share the knowledge of how bodies work, so each client can take ownership of their strengths and learn to identify their weaknesses. I truly believe that with the right training techniques, proper instruction, and a bit of creativity we can overcome a lot of the issues our bodies give to us. With a combination of this passion and a nerdy obsession with the human body, I am constantly researching, exploring, and educating myself on the best tools for you. Bridge Movement can offer you a comfortable and exciting place to learn how to bust a move or build your strength, flexibility, or mobility. My favorite part about teaching/coaching is watching a student have that a-ha moment. It could seem like the smallest improvement to the student, but I know how hard they have worked to get there and it's always exciting!

Jill is an excellent coach--passionately committed to her clients success and well being! She is very creative in finding the best exercises to suit my needs and desires, while being very supportive, uplifting and sweet.
