- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on the breed and weight of our four legged clients, coat condition, and temperament.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All services include: pre-grooming evaluation, brush out, optional wet scrub down with rubber curry brush, towel dry (face), hand blow dry, clip and haircut, clip nails, clean eyes and ears, and an optional sani trim. We use dremel for nails and all organic products for bathing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My groomers have over 15 years experience between them! Certified. They specialize in custom cuts, designs and dyes!
