- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with Alll levels of K-9'S and All needs. We have a wide range of options to fit any budget and schedule from the work at home to the full time schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My best technique is to watch you and your K9 interact naturally in environments. This way I can better see the issues as they arise and how the owner is responding to the K9 and situation (overreacting or under reacting for the situation at hand). Generally I find the anxiety around what the owner thinks is going to happen due to past experiences, which has a lot of influence on the current situations they are experiencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training dogs has been a lifelong passion which began when I was very young. This love for caring for dogs is ingrained in generations of my family. Finding strays, my father would teach us, “You let the dog in, you train them, and you get to know the K-9”. These techniques have helped to develop, guide and advance my skills as a trainer. Using positive reinforcements, and staying updated on the newest techniques.
