- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing, we have found our customers prefer to get one total price before committing to hire a plumber. With hourly rates, you never know what the bill is going to be until the job is done. Upfront pricing just works better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to give free assessments and estimates so we can see the true nature of the project, this way we can provide an accurate estimate so the customer knows the exact price. We're also happy to talk over the phone or text if the customer prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three master plumbers that work here as well as professionally trained journeyman plumbers, we have an amazing team of hard working, honest plumbers here.
