I am glad we got this service done. I was a little confused on the clean up after the service. The ducts were clean but around each vent was dirty. It didn’t require to much clean up on my end I just had to vacuum and dust around each vent but for 1,000 service I was hoping that I wouldn’t have had to do the clean up afterwards. Tom fixed this issue and was responsive to my concerns!

I had my chimney inspected and cleaned today. Ben the technician who came out, arrived right on time and was very professional throughout the whole process. He carefully swept the chimney, checked over my wood burning stove, and took time to explain everything I needed to know about keeping it safe and well-maintained.
