We wanted other vents such as the bathroom, dryer and main furnace cleaned but he gave us a totally understandable reason why they couldn't do it as we had to fix them first - the bathroom vent is broken and needs to be replaced (no wonder we hear birds in there). Thanks for the free advice.

Great job. Very effective. It was only one guy, I was expecting 2 but, he worked double, he was fast, he knew what he was doing, explained everything to us before starting the job and the greatest part was that we were able to see his job from the beggining til the end.
