I planned to take my husband to Vegas for his bday and wanted to do something extra special for him . So I decided on a photo shoot. Krishna and his team were AMAZING! The communication from the very beginning was outstanding and the day of my wedding they arrived early to setup and didn't miss one single thing. My head was all over the place, and they got everything covered with their professional equipment and creativity. Krishna even worked with me to create an additional video from the footage he got on our wedding day. The videos were delivered in an exceptionally timely manner and I would 100% recommend them for any event! My videos will be cherished forever and I love how easy it was to convey my vision to him. Krishna was a great photographer from start to finish. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am less concerned about pricing than about the quality of the photos and the relationship with my consumer. I am very informal and enjoy interactions with my customers just as much as I enjoy capturing their fun moments. I also take pride in my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have good communications with a customer. I will ask about the needs of the customer. Then, after taking detailed notes, I will then send a formal proposal to the customer with quotes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in photography and videography in 2012. I started professionally shooting both videos and photos from 2017. I have shot over 10 weddings as a second shooter and more than 15 weddings/bigger live events through my own company as a lead shooter.
