What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of work and amount of editing required. Base starts at $100 hr for shooting and editing can be up to $50 hr depending on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With houses its easy. We just text to figure out when and where I'm going. When shooting people I like to talk on the phone at least once before we meet so we can get a feel of who we are talking to and an understanding of what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training having shoot over a thousand weddings and thousands of houses.
