You are guaranteed between services, if you have any issues between service I come out and take care of the issue for no charge. All products I use are Eco-Friendly safe for pets and kids. I was not sure if what I was experiencing was bed bug bites or not all I new is i was getting bit from time to time and began to freak out. I had a few exterminators come out and check for bed bugs the only one who did a thorough check was Davon. Me and my husband were not only pleased with his inspection but with his pricing. It was very reasonable and something we were able to manage! We are very happy with our choice and going with optiguard! Thanks again Davon!

Davon was great. I was skeptical about going with a non heat treatment type of company but he ensured me that he can get rid of them all, that its usually gone after the first treatment and that he's seen worse. The place already has that fresh smell and feeling that the bugs are gone. There's gonna be a follow up in two weeks and I'm praying there are no more bed bugs EVER. They are a complete nightmare.

I called Davon because I needed some work done. Davon showed up and was very professional in doing the inspection and letting me know what he could do.
I told him that I had to have part of the work done and had to have it done that same day. Davon went and took care of his other obligations for the day and returned to my house to get done what I needed.
He and I agreed on a price that we both thought was reasonable. He wasn't pushy about when he could come back and finish the job. I will definitely call him when I am ready to finish up.
I would definitely recommend him.
