You are guaranteed between services, if you have any issues between service I come out and take care of the issue for no charge. All products I use are Eco-Friendly safe for pets and kids. I was not sure if what I was experiencing was bed bug bites or not all I new is i was getting bit from time to time and began to freak out. I had a few exterminators come out and check for bed bugs the only one who did a thorough check was Davon. Me and my husband were not only pleased with his inspection but with his pricing. It was very reasonable and something we were able to manage! We are very happy with our choice and going with optiguard! Thanks again Davon!

Davon was so friendly and professional. First of all, my appointment ran late so Davon waited 15 minutes for me to show up (I'm still so sorry about that!), then when he came in to assess my issues, he didn't mind my dogs at all - that means so much to dog lovers!! He went straight to work, and was finished in no time. I will recommend him to all my friends in need of an exterminator.

Davon was great. I was skeptical about going with a non heat treatment type of company but he ensured me that he can get rid of them all, that its usually gone after the first treatment and that he's seen worse. The place already has that fresh smell and feeling that the bugs are gone. There's gonna be a follow up in two weeks and I'm praying there are no more bed bugs EVER. They are a complete nightmare.
