The worst service ever the lady that was supposed to come to the party make the balloon and fave painting came wearing a pj she brought like 10 balloons and then disappeared left after 5 min without telling anyone or doing anything and i oaid 240$ for this i tried contacting them but no answer they are the worstttt

Hello Shahed, Sorry I missed your call, I've been Facepainting at several events today. Unfortunately our regular face painter had an elevated temperature this morning. Due to Covid-19 any employee with a temperature can not work until a negative result comes back. Therefore a artist was contracted out to your event. I'm sorry to hear she disappointed, this is not our normal. We've been in business 8 years and this is a disappointing first. You will definitely be refunded your $240 plus given a two hour credit of service that I will personally honor myself within 6 mos. if your were to give us a second chance. Thanks, Alexia
