So i did a dumb thing being lazy i tried to walk over my stove to hang some things over the cabinet as to avoid stepping on to ladder then back up. I missed a step and broke one of the 3 piece stove grates in 2. S Welding welded it together at a reasonable price, he was friendly, responded quickly, set time expectation, and i was offered a warranty which is definitely reassuring. He even say where it cracked in a third spot and he fixed that. As far as looks i haven’t cooked on it yet but it looks well aligned with the others. It does have the shiny weld material in the spots but I expect it to darken and tarnish like an old pot during use.
