Introduction: I teach strength as a skill. Like any skill, it can be learned and taught. I am certified in Post Rehab Medical Exercise. I have a good understanding of medical reporting and what to do and what NOT to do with people who have medical and/or orthopedic conditions. I love watching people unlock their strength and all the positive changes that brings. Helping people get back to life after an injury or illness gives me tremendous satisfaction.

I have done kettlebell training with Sheri for two years now in group and semi-private sessions . I am 68 years old and have never felt stronger or more knowledgeable about how my body works strength-wise in all my life which is a great morale and confidence builder!! Sheri is very well educated about physical fitness and is absolutely the best at communicating it to her clients. She is a great listener, observer and trouble shooter as I learned when feeling some pain in my hip and she helped modify my approach to the moves which helped eleviate my pain. With Sheri, safety comes first, so you know you will not injure yourself and interrupt your training if you follow her instructions. I love Kettlebells and Sheri!

I found Sheri by doing a Google search for Las Vegas Kettlebell. My wife and I took the "Swing into Summer" series of classes that she was teaching a couple of days each month for a total of Eight classes. She taught us all of the basic skills we needed to get started with Kettlebell training. I later took classes and private lessons from her and honed my basic skills. Sheri's expertise and enthusiasm are the two strongest features of her class. She is always acting as your greatest fan and exhorting you to excel. Learning Kettlebell skills has changed the course of my life. I am stronger and better off for it. Taking classes with Sheri is your first step to greater things.

I was introduced to Sheri AFTER I had back surgery from an injury sustained during my introduction to another kettlebell instructor and a failed run with another instructor after my initial rehab... Needless to say, I was hesitant and afraid of repeating my injury, but Sheri made sure that I learned to do the work right and not just muscle through the motions. Two things- 1. She can and will torture you, but she will also make you enjoy it, while it's happening and after it's done. The results will speak for themselves. 2. She loves what she does and she has the knowledge to do it well, so it's win-win if you choose to let her lead you through the journey. I really never realized how much thanks she deserves for enabling me to move out of state and comfortably continue swinging bells in my garage with the confidence that I'm doing it the right way. So THANKS SHERI!!!! Everybody, trust in Sheri, once you see her doing the work with you a couple of times, you'll know she's really into it.

Sheri is an inspiring lady! Her passion for kettlebells and StrongFirst is contagious. Its not about numbers on the scale its about being comfortable in your own skin and being healthy and strong at the same time. Sheri is on her way to becoming a Master SFG instructor!
