Carmine's is FANTASTIC!! And Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and makes everything SO easy! Top notch food and even better service!
My co-workers made comments all throughout our gathering how incredible the food was!
We will definitely go to Carmine's first for all of our catered events!

During the USA Sevens international rugby tournament last week, we had dinner for 36 hungry rugby players and families and Carmine's did not disappoint. The dinner was on Valentine's Day (Saturday night, 2/14/15) and Carmine's had a full house at their relatively new restaurant in Caesar's Palace and the catering staff had to stay at Caesar's to help with the workload, so Stephanie Detwiler (catering manager) brought all of the food out to our hotel by herself and set everything up for us. The choices were wide and each course we had was spectacular. Nobody left hungry but everyone left happy!!!

I truly had an outstanding experience with Stephanie at Carmines. I explained what I needed,she gave me a couple of options, and delivered great food on time. Even assisted with the presentation at my home. My guests were surprised and very pleased.

I could not have been happier with the food and services that Carmine's provided for the grand opening of my business! Stephanie was so helpful and so prompt to help me. The food was amazing and we were very, very pleased with Michael, our bartender, for our event! I can't wait to recommend them to everyone we know and to book them again soon!
