- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cooking and I hate repetition so i love the Variety of working with so many diverse personalities. It brings me to a higher level and challenges my abilities.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I tend to do alot of Short notice OMG!!! I need a miracle services like putting together a last minute wedding or providing food at the last minute I don't know why but if you need it quick That's my specialty I thrive under pressure.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I say to make sure there is enough time to put the event together. If you give us short notice we will do it but it increases the chances that little mistakes will be made like forgetting a menu Item or being late to the event because of unforeseen circumstances.
