- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of companies will charge an hourly price, not us! We know what we are doing and how long it will take us to do it so we always give you a flat, fair per job price. We will do our absolute best to match or beat any estimate you receive from a competing assembly company
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple and straightforward, we find out the customers wants/needs so we can give upfront, accurate pricing and we make sure we do everything in our power to meet those needs and leave every customer satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of our technicians is an IKEA contractor and one is a certified fitness technician. All technicians have previously worked as independent contractors for major big box retailers such as Sports Authority, Sports Chalet, Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Sears, Kmart, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Best Buy. You name it, chances are if it requires assembly we've built it!
