We own an elegant black marble dining table with eight chairs. Over the years, three chairs began wobbling, so I contacted Michael at Fine Touch Finishing LLC on 26Dec, asked him if he could have all 3 repaired and back to me by the 31st, because we plan on hosting guests for New Year’s Eve.
He took the job, repaired the chairs using only original materials (no ugly brackets or hardware).
And he had them ready by the 29th.

The desk chair I dropped off with the team at Fine Touch was not inherently valuable, but it was immensely special to me having previously belonged to my father. It needed a lot of work. They treated it as though it were a fine antique, with expert evaluation and quality craftsmanship, and I was updated throughout the process. The chair was returned to me fully repaired, conditioned and refinished, and I could not be happier with the service provided to me. We always try and keep our prices reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to treat every customer the same. sometimes the proccess can be intimidating to a new customer so we really try to make it a comfortable and smooth experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school and learned several different fields of repair. I worked for a prestigious designer that always insisted perfection and attention to detail. I've worked for several companies repairing and finishing many things for aprox 13 years.
