Carlos is absolutely Fantastic. When I put out my project on Thumbtack he responded immediately! I thought I was going to have to replace my garage door. Carlos worked around my crazy schedule came to the house on time as promised, took a look at the garage door and gave me his honest opinion! I didn’t need to replace the door the crack that was in one of the panels and getting hitched on open n closing was fixed by him installing a strut saving me hundreds of dollars. Especially during these struggling times. Absolutely honest, dependable hard working man! Thank you so much. I’m spreading the word about your business. Highly recommend going to Carlos first !!!

I call to make an appointment because my garage door couldn't close down properly. I got a text promptly stating that the service person can come out later on the same day to take a look without any fee. He provided the 2 hour window and stated that he may be able to come sooner, depending on if he is able to finish up his work w. When he was done, he texted that he was on his way. So far, he communicated throughly. When he was at the house, he didn't try to create more problem than it is. He simply told he that he will only charge a labor fee of $75 and fixed the sensors. After he was done, he cleaned up and throw away the old sensors for me. He was very friendly, professional. I would highly recommend Carlos to fix your garage needs. It's not often I meet honest and hardworking people like him.
