Late review, but I love Sesame's honesty. They weren't the cheapest quote, but I felt the cheaper quotes would have tried to nickel and dime me after the initial quote. Sesame's quote was all in and on budget. They did price match another similar offer I had, but the installer closed the deal for me. I just had a good feeling about him, and I'm glad I did. I love my new garage door.

BY FAR one of the best experiences that I’ve had on Thumback hands down! The owner was responsive and scheduled me in same day (within an hour). An experienced technician, Tommy, came out explained what was needed and handled the job swiftly and with great care!!! And the price was AMAZing vs. others that came to quote. When you need anything fixed on your garage door or Motor, don’t bother calling any other company except for Open Sesame. I have used several garage door companies in the past with my rental properties that I own, and by far Open Sesame was the best priced, best quality service, and very rapid response to accommodate my renters needs. Don’t waste your time calling any other company, it’s just not worth your time and energy. Thank you, Ronen the owner of the company for coming out within hours of calling to look over my garage door replacement needs. And to Gunner the hired technician who installed the new door, you worked so fast and showed up on time. Got everything working perfectly without having to call back to fix any missed issues. Boy only am I pleased with both your services, but my renter was very happy as well. I’m so glad to finally get great customer service from hired helping professionals. After Covid going on, customer service has just sucked and has been going down hill, Glad to have found you guys on this thumbtack site and have over-delivered and met my expectation, and provided the customer support I have been seeking for awhile. Keep up the hard work.
