I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company so far. The tech was awesome and he worked with me on the price which was a lifesaver. The door works fantastically and the tech was patient, knowledgeable, and very flexible in regards to my situation of being disabled and very busy at the moment he arrived and completed the work promptly and unsupervised. These guys rock and they are better than Harrison GarageDoor who I used to work for for years!

Isaiah came to my house on an emergency call this week because my garagedoor wouldnt close. Isaiah was super helpful, informed me of my options, and was able to close and lock my door safely. Today Isaiah came back again to sell me the new door with Chris and there was no pressure to sell me hard on anything I didnt need always appreciated. The doors not in yet, but so far everyone at A1, especially Isaiah, has taken the sting out of having to make such an expensive purchase. All things considered though, I feel like I got a pretty good deal. Thanks guys. Last thing the dispatcher who answered when I first called was so sweet (nobody needs emergency garage services when theyre having a good day), so thank you to her as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors
