We worked with preferred construction over a year ago and I am still so happy we chose them. We get to stare at our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms everyday in complete awe of how amazing everything turned out. Working with this company was nothing short of amazing. They communicated the process the entire step of the way and stuck to the timelines as much as possible even during holidays. They are great people to work with and I would highly recommend! We got 3-4 quotes from other places and they were very competitive with pricing and gave us amazing quality and communication. Attaching some before and after photos.

After 20 years if looking at an 80s kitchen with the cheapest materials available, we decided to have the kitchen remodeled. I received two rational quotes from companies, one of them by Angel Montero of Preferred Construction. He was totally no nonsense with what the cost would be, and he finally earned my business by adding a wall removal and a new pantry to the kitchen. (I have to add that I received quotes that were 10-15 K higher that the one provided by Angel) Angel suggested matching the quartz countertop to the existing fireplace tiled earlier, and I decided to go with it. After putting together the signed offer a date was set, and work began immediately on that date. A demo team arrived and removed all the existing ugliness, leaving the refrigerator in place for our use during the remodel. Lead Ricardo supervised them, the assembly /installation team and the finishing team, and was instrumental in finding the quartz counters and the black composite sink (which we absolutely love!). We only had one finish problem with a door hitting an installed counter, and Ricardo took car of it within and hour. I definitely recommend Preferred Construction, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
