Our expertise in what we do sets us apart from our competition. This expertise demands a higher price than many of our competitors but with this comes a dramatic difference in results and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a discussion on goals and defining what success looks like to the client. From there we can move onto our research phase. We perform a comprehensive analysis of the market, the niche and the competition. We share the results and work together to build a strategy around this research while taking into account the client's budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a diverse team who have benefited from both formal and informal education outlets. With formal degrees ranging from accounting to computer science, graphic design, marketing, and psychology. Decades of on the job experience, trial and error, dozens of seminars, online classes and countless projects have provided us with an expert level skill set.
