Gabriel was fantastic from start to finish. He even went through the process of obtaining base access, showed up on time, and had my dryer diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The mysterious, alarming rattle that had me convinced something major was wrong? The culprit turned out to be a rogue chopstick lodged in the dryer. Mystery solved! 😂
Gabriel was informative, responsive, and an excellent communicator throughout the process. He took the time to explain what he found, answered my questions, and had everything resolved quickly and professionally.
Five stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Grandson Services again and would gladly recommend Gabriel to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and efficient service.

Gabe was highly responsive and ended in fixing my issues with a knowledgeable ease. He explained all my options and advised what he would do for his own home. Once done I couldn't have been happier with the results and would definitely use him for any future electrical needs.

We hired Gabriel to install 1/4 round over our new vinyl plank floors. The original installer ghosted us after installing the floors themselves so we were forced to look elsewhere for help. Gabriel did a great job. The cuts were perfect and the price was more than fair. We recommend him highly.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a fair market value. The best way to align our incentives is to have an upfront service fee with a per item pricing. This ensures that I am as efficient as possible with time while also providing no surprise pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate expectations, which may include describing plans of action or providing options for possible solutions. I feel it's best to communicate throughout the entire process and afford my clients an opportunity to make informed decisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of repairing things for my family including completely renovating my families comes from flooring, electrical, plumbing to kitchen design and installation.
It helps that I've learned how to do these things while renovating my own home so I can apply the lessons I've learned from my own projects to yours.
