- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a fair market value. The best way to align our incentives is to have an upfront service fee with a per item pricing. This ensures that I am as efficient as possible with time while also providing no surprise pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate expectations, which may include describing plans of action or providing options for possible solutions. I feel it's best to communicate throughout the entire process and afford my clients an opportunity to make informed decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of repairing things for my family including completely renovating my families comes from flooring, electrical, plumbing to kitchen design and installation. It helps that I've learned how to do these things while renovating my own home so I can apply the lessons I've learned from my own projects to yours.
