Currently disputing review. Not all customer are going to be 100% satisfied though it is what we strive for. Unfortunately this customer is a completely different situation and is acting out of malice due to the fact the police were called on him. He also did not pay for services rendered. $35 an hour. 2 hour minimum. Does not include cost of materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to provide service same day. Upon receiving a request we will come out and survey (or bid) the project/s. You will receive a written proposal / referral depending on cost of project. any projects that exceed $500 labor / $500 Material will be referred to companies that Handy Andy has business relationships with.
